The State of Arizona has Subdividing Statutes that may affect your next Real Estate Transaction.
If you have purchased six or more lots in the same subdivision you could be defined by the State of Arizona as a Subdivider.
If you have divided land into six or more contiguous lots or parcels or have created six or more fractional interests you could also be defined by the State of Arizona as a Subdivider.
